League of Friends donate £32,000 to buy three state-of the-art eye screening cameras The Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust have been presented with new screening equipment designed to prevent sight-threatening eye disease in patients. The League of Friends of the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital raised the sum through the annual draw with the winners drawn by Daniel Kawczynski, MP for Shrewsbury and Atcham, and Ray Smith, Executive Chairman of the Friends.
